Clinic Treatments – Terms and Conditions

Purpose and Understanding

  1. These terms and conditions (‘Conditions’) shall apply as between Pietro Simone Skincare Inc. (‘the Company’) and you respect of
    1. Any request by you for the Company to prove Treatments
    2. Any booking for the Company to provide Treatments
    3. Any Contract for the Company to provide Treatments
    4. Any Treatments provided by the Company at a Clinic
  2. These Conditions apply whether Treatments are booked online or by telephone or in person by you or by another person on your behalf or as a gift to you.
  3. These Conditions do not apply to the purchase by you of Products online or at a Clinic.
  4. A number of words are used in these Conditions which have special meanings. Where this is the case the relevant words as defined begin with a capital letter. The meanings of these specially-defined words are shown in brackets.

Treatments and Clinics

  1. This Company provides various non-surgical skincare, weight loss and body toning treatment services including consultations and spa-related services (Treatments) at premises including spas and a dedicated Clinic within the UK.

Staff

  1. Treatments are supplied on behalf of the Company by beauticians personally trained by Pietro Simone (Staff).

Personal Information

  1. You may be asked to provide personal information when booking or undergoing Treatments.
  2. You agree the Company may use that information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Price

  1. The price of the Treatments will be explained to you in advance and may be shown on the Company’s website.
  2. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Making a Booking

  1. A booking is a request by you to the Company to provide Treatments.
  2. Bookings can be made:
    1. By telephoning and arranging an appointment.
    2. By attending in person and speaking with a staff member.
  3. If booking for someone else, you confirm you have their permission or that it is a gift and you are responsible for cancellation costs.

Contract

  1. Once your booking is accepted, a Contract is formed between the Company and you (or the recipient).
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with:
    1. Description of Treatments
    2. Total price including tax
    3. Delivery or additional charges, if any
    4. Appointment date and time
    5. Clinic address
  3. The confirmation may include:
    1. Company contact details
    2. Complaint address and policy
    3. Cancellation rights and procedures
  4. If you request Treatments within a cancellation period, you will be asked to confirm in writing.

Payment

  1. A 30% deposit is required when booking. The balance is due upon completion.
  2. Payment must be made by debit or credit card at booking time.

Cancellation Policy

  1. You may cancel before receiving confirmation email.
  2. Spa visits for specific dates cannot be canceled after booking.
  3. If booked online or by phone:
    1. Cancel within 14 days of booking.
    2. No reason required for cancellation.
    3. Must cancel in writing.
    4. If Treatments begin during the cancellation period, you pay proportionately.
  4. If booked in person or after cancellation period:
    1. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel/postpone.
    2. No-shows will be charged in full.
    3. Late arrivals reduce Treatment time without reducing cost.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be issued as soon as practicable, within 14 days.
  2. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Attending a Consultation

  1. Arrive 20 minutes early for first-time or new Treatments to complete health questionnaire.
  2. Complete a new questionnaire for each new Treatment.
  3. All information is confidential and must be answered truthfully.
  4. You must follow post-treatment advice if provided.
  5. Provide accurate medical and health-related information.
  6. Skin tests may be required in advance or during Treatment.
  7. You may need to provide GP contact details.

Recommended Treatments or Products

  1. We may recommend or use Products during Treatment.
  2. We may refuse or suspend Treatment at our discretion.
  3. If refused Treatment, only consultation fees will be charged; other payments will be refunded.

Clinic Policies

  1. Clinic policies include:
    1. Use of mobile phones
    2. Clothing requirements

Gift Vouchers

  1. Valid for 12 months from purchase.
  2. No refunds after expiration.
  3. No cash value or exchange.

Liability

  1. Results are not guaranteed. We uphold high standards but cannot guarantee outcome.

Complaints Policy

  1. If dissatisfied, you may send a complaint by registered post to our address within 14 days of Treatment.
  2. We aim to respond within 28 days; if more time is needed, we will notify you in writing.

Revisions

  1. We may update these Conditions and policies at any time. Changes will not affect existing Contracts.
